Honeymoon ended after a week

A week after I received my I-mate Jasjar, some clumsy lady in our office bumped me and my new device fell to the carpetted floor. The clumsy lady never stopped saying sorry and I acknowledged it, which was a mistake. I turned on the Jasjar and it seems to be working fine so I let her go. But I noticed that when I tap the 'Start' button, the Calendar application turns up. And whenever I tap Vbar, Contacts comes up. I realized that the screen orientation is abnormal after opening different applications so I decided to do a softreset. Didn't work so I did another one. And another. And another. And another without any luck. Called my friend Rey who's  the previous owner to tell my shocking problem and suggested going to the screen orientation section in Settings. I did as instructed and I was stuck there forever. The Screen Orientation kept on asking me to tap on areas where it wanted me to tap. Hopeless about the situation, I decided to do a hard reset, even if I wasn't able to backup my files. Screen Orientation was there again, and again, it endlessly asked me to tap until I got tired.

I was in a state of shock. I just got this Jasjar for only a week and I thought why does it have to happen this soon! I'm beginning to be a jinx again <sigh>. Consulted some help from xda developers' forum and I also did try to do their suggestions without any luck. For the rest of the day, I checked different websites hoping I could find solution to my problem. In the end, I given up and decided to ship it to the U.S. for repairs. It's still on warranty anyway.

When will I ship this, I don't know, but hopefully it can be shipped soon and get it back before the end of the month. For the meantime, I'll just use my O2 XDA IIi and I'm quite thankful that it hasn't been sold yet. At least I still have a Windows Mobile device in my hands.
